从2016年国家网络安全人才与创新基地在武汉临空港经济技术开发区正式开工，到2019年首座标志性建筑投入使用，再到如今网安共享中心投入建设，这座国内首个“网络安全学院+创新产业谷”基地，在完整的网络安全产业链下，正以产教融合的迅猛发展态势，逐步构建出“中国网谷”。

Aedas执行董事林子欢带领团队赢得竞赛第一名的武汉国家网络安全基地共享中心二期，正位于网安基地中央的共享核心区，是赋能基地、辐射周边的关键一环。地块地理条件极佳，东邻会议会展中心，南接生态公园，北临网安大道，步行可达地铁站点。设计需在狭长的地块中，合理布局商业、办公、公寓、创新孵化平台等多种业态，并自然融入周边建筑，构建有机融合的整体中心区。

“网安基地是我国网络安全领域的重点布局项目，需要各种类型与规模的科技企业入驻、驱动与发展。面对核心区一网、双核、两区的布局结构，我们希望充分利用景观资源，构建灵活、开放、智慧的网谷绿洲，为企业营造全周期办公空间，并提供公共服务与文化交流场所。”林子欢说道。

设计从与网安基地信息处理过程息息相关的信息流中汲取灵感，抽象凝练的横向立面线条，在一座座流线型体量的塔楼间穿插交错，犹如信息在计算机系统和通信网络中的流动，瞬息万变、紧密连接，表现出极富科技感与未来感的灵动之美。

为提升基地内部的连通性，设计采用流线型布局策略，通过底层通廊，构建两个地块间的连接，让访客在地块间畅通漫游；同时通过西侧的下沉广场，与地铁站无缝衔接，激活基地与周边脉络。设计将文化中心置于东侧，与会议展览中心相邻，形成公共服务双核心。西侧地块通过底层商业裙楼无缝连接各功能塔楼，其中公寓塔楼设置在临公园一侧，通过二层的架空花园与公园无缝衔接，营造出静谧的环境与极佳的景观视野；五座办公塔楼沿街依次排布，彼此独立又通过裙楼形成连接，塑造出富有层次的城市天际线。

团队将网谷绿洲作为设计概念，借由自然的内生外向性，营造出开放的生态城市形象，以此暗喻共享中心科技，象征网安基地在守护国家网络净土的中坚地位。设计将片区规划中的休闲生态绿网作为纽带，通过景观广场、核心景观通廊以及空中绿色平台，构建立体多层次的生态系统，在穿插交错的空间中，以绿色有机缝合各功能业态，营造出休憩游玩的城市公园。

文化中心基于开放共享的设计理念，以位于中央的公共空间作为枢纽，将来自南北的人流，疏散引导至包含服务培训、商业、办公以及市民空间在内的各业态中，以便捷的可达性提升对周边的赋能服务。

西侧地块设有未来科技广场与文创活力街区两大主题商业空间，以丰富多元的全时段商业体验，满足包含科技售展、精品商务、餐饮生活服务在内的各类需求。上方空间灵活多变的办公塔楼，在可分可合中满足各规模中小企业的办公需求。清晰的落客流线规划，分散访客以及通往办公塔楼及公寓塔楼的人流。
